I’m not that religious of a person. I don’t believe in most of today’s mainstream religions with their hooping and hollering, flashy suits, and so forth. So by most people’s standards, I am the outcast, the sinner, the infidel, or whatever, but at least I’m true with who I am. Most of my life I have seen people(mostly Christians) preach the word of their God. Trying to tell me that I will burn in the fiery depths of hell for all eternity for not accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior. Meanwhile these same people, while high and mighty on their pedestal, commit deadly sins on a daily basis. They are morbidly obese, they say “Goddamn” along with more colorful words, pursue sins of the flesh outside of marriage, and the list goes on. My point is, is that you above all should live your life the way you tell others to live theirs. Don’t talk the talk if you’re not gonna walk the walk. As for me, I’d rather be a true sinner, than a false saint.

Not all Christians are like that. Granted there are always a few bad apples in every group, but you cant place some social stigma on the few you encounter. With that being said, I agree. If someone is going to spread the word of their God or Goddess then they should lead by example. I may not agree with a person’s beliefs but can respect them if they are true to it’s core principles.
