I’m not a person big on toting religious symbols. Namely because I myself am not a man of faith. I do however believe in science and personal power. A close friends is Pagan and gave me a pentagram necklace based on my beliefs. Bewildered by her giving me a Satanic symbol, she enlightened me that a five point pentagram star(point side up) is not Satanic.  It is a representation of the five elements of life, earth, wind, fire, water, and spirit. A Satanic pentagram is the same but with the point down, giving it an appearance of two horns on top.  She goes further into explaining this misconception.  Like a pentagram, when a crucifix is held upside down, that is  a representation of Lucifer.  As I pondered on this newfound revelation, I realized that we as a society have numerous associations with symbols and groups or figures that are contradictory from it’s origins. For example, all of Western society see’s a swastika as the symbol for the Nazi Party led by Adolph Hitler.  In reality, the swastika was only adopted by The Nazis. The swastika has origins dating back into ancient times. Ironically, the swastika was widely regarded(Pre Nazi Era) as a symbol of good fortune.  We have seemingly bad habit of jumping to conclusions.  With that being said, I wear the Pagan pentagram everyday.  Not as a representation of the five elements of life but as a reminder not to jump to conclusions.

Thinking and talking about it will never get you to the truth. When you experience truth, you become the living, walking, breathing and expanding truth yourself. As Soul, you are a hologram of the entirety of all creation that ever existed and will ever exist. The brain and little self, the ego,  is simply a very temporary vehicle
to experience duality for a brief moment in eternity for the purpose of
contrast. Without contrast, you would never appreciate or realize your true
nature. The more you realize, the further into the heart of creation you can
move into it. No matter how far you’ve gone, you will always be somewhere in
the middle, many ahead of you, many behind. It does not matter. Wherever you
are, there you are. IT just IS and no words can truly describe it. IT is above
the intellectual faculty. You will leave both your body and mind behind. You
will only take away the wisdom that is gained from struggle and contrast. Enjoy
the challenge of being in the present and simply facing life as it is. No need
to figure it all out. Just live. Open your creative faculty, your imagination,
your heart. Let the love come in by simply recognizing the light of soul in all
life, all experience. Soul does not see pain and suffering, only experience.
However, pain and suffering is the purifying element as it polishes the ruff
edges of ignorance and allows greater degrees of higher vibration to pour thru.
Kind of like a diamond being tumbled until it is perfectly polished….to the
point when it can truly be a co-creator with full awareness of self. This has
to be earned and we all have the opportunity to unfold into this greater
capacity. You must let go of the old thought forms that you have carried with
you for centuries. Chant HU and focus on the third eye. Sing it softly and
focus gently and you will sooner or later find yourself out of your body, lucid
and in full consciousness. You will then have your own proof from direct
experience with the inner music, the inner vibrations that support the
universes of all universes. You will not have to prove anything to anyone. You
will not have to take anything personally. You will be able to drop the ego and
be humble. You will be able to suspend all judgment and see all life as a gift.
Just go out, be courageous and follow your instincts. If you follow your gut
intelligence, you will learn plenty. Find the balance of being in the world yet
not of it. Be the detached being, fully capable of being a coworker with the
Supreme Being, which lies of course within yourself. No great mystery, just
don’t try to figure it out intellectually and you will be OK. Simply be still,
quiet the chatter and learn to hear the whispers, the subtle inner sounds, the
celestial harmonics, and then you will become the knower.

I’m not that religious of a person.  I don’t believe in most of today’s mainstream religions with their hooping and hollering, flashy suits, and so forth.  So by most people’s standards, I am the outcast, the sinner, the infidel, or whatever, but at least I’m true with who I am.  Most of my life I have seen people(mostly Christians) preach the word of their God. Trying to tell me that I will burn in the fiery depths of hell for all eternity for not accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior. Meanwhile these same people, while high and mighty on their pedestal, commit deadly sins on a daily basis. They are morbidly obese, they say “Goddamn”  along with more colorful words, pursue sins of the flesh outside of marriage, and the list goes on. My point is, is that you above all should live your life the way you tell others to live theirs. Don’t talk the talk if you’re not gonna walk the walk. As for me, I’d rather be a true sinner, than a false saint.
